Hurricane Sandy - Time-sensitiveOpportunity: Construction, Engineers, & Trade Contractors

SUMMARY

Construction, Engineers, &Trade Contractors should be defining market-share right now. Stragglers willnot be competitive, particularly those that are out of state.

DETAIL
In our experience, the Hurricane DisasterRelief Eco-System can last 3 to 5 years and has a fundamental business model with4 sub-cycles (see below link to the 'Forecast Disaster Relief Business-Cycle Model')with distinct revenue centers for construction firms, engineers, andtrade-contractors.[1]

If you havenot already begun forming relationships and carving opportunity for cycles 2thru 4 below in the affected states, please visit my Business Contact Page: [ http://my.vcita.com/rudy.sutherland] and schedule a quick 15 minute call todiscuss your options and opportunities. Although the revenue potential is 3 to5 years, the window of opportunity to take advantage of any cycle will closewithin the next 40 to 60 days. If you have genuine interest, move now.

[1] Civil, electrical, structural, engineers; plumber, electrician, and/or HVAC technician, etc.; (New Jersey, New York, & Connecticut are union states)

Hurricane Sandy | Engineering & Construction SubcontractOpportunities

The damage done by hurricane Sandy has occurred in the Deltaand Bravo Sectors of the U.S. as defined by DHS-FEMA (see above map). There are two (2) multiple-award contracts outstandingin support of hurricane related natural disasters:

1) Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contract (PA-TACIII) – Damage Assessment & Cost Estimation (engineering disciplines)
2) Individual Assistance/Technical Assistance (ITAC III) - Clean-up & Re-build (constructiondisciplines)

These contracts require the awarded prime contractors (4awardees for each) to primarily subcontract the work performed to firms locatedin the areas most affected by the natural disaster.

Aljucar & Co. hasrelationships with prime contractors for both of the above mentioned contracts. If you have interest and operate within the affected areas as defined in theabove map, and have engineering and/or construction capability and past performance;we may be able to on-board you into a subcontract opportunity BEFORE detailsreach the public domain.

NOTE: This is NOT a staff augmentation opportunity; if you do not have an up-to-date Engineering SF330, you will not be competitive.

For preliminary discussion, please send your inquiryto info@aljucar.com. For information onour services, please visit www.aljucar.com.
